Refund and Returns Policy for Chic Crownn

At Chic Crownn, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a refund and return policy to help ensure that your shopping experience is seamless.

1. Return Eligibility

  • You may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange.
  • Items must be in new, unused, and resellable condition. All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included for the return to be accepted.
  • Certain items are non-returnable, including personalized or custom-made jewelry, sale items, and gift cards. These items are not eligible for a refund or return unless defective.

2. Return Process

  • Once we receive your request, we will provide you with detailed instructions on how to return the item(s).
  • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or the return is a result of our error (e.g., wrong item sent).

3. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund within 7–10 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please note that depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where we have made an error in fulfilling your order.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

  • We may require photographic evidence of the damage or defect before proceeding with a return or exchange.

5. Exchanges

  • We offer exchanges for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact us for assistance.
  • If an item is no longer in stock, we will issue a refund to your original payment method instead of an exchange.

6. Exceptions

  • Personalized items: Jewelry that has been customized or engraved with personal information cannot be returned or refunded unless defective.
  • Sale and clearance items: All sale and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
